All sales are cash on receipt unless credit has been established. Terms of credit are 1% 10 net 30 days. Finance charges at 18% per annum (1.5% per month) will be charged to all past due accounts over 30 days. All accounts over 60 days past due revert to COD status. A fee of $25 will be charged for all returned checks. Credit Card sales will incur a 3% convenience charge.
Yes! Included in the cost of the plant; every plant receives a tag. The standard option is a picture tag with a short description, our barcode (UPC#) and your company's name. For an additional charge of $0.45/tag we also offer customized pre-pricing based on your unique formula or your unique prices. You may also include your custom SKU’s. Tagging is excluded from any discount offered. Please contact us for further info.

The minimum order for delivery is $2000 to most areas.
Typically, orders placed by close of business on Tuesday can be delivered by Friday of the same week.
Most orders are delivered on our trucks; all plants are delivered on decked trucks.
A minimum delivery charge of $200 applies to all orders.
Shipping prices are subject to change according to cost of fuel without notice.
Freight Zones (Based on air miles)
Zone 1 is $0.50 x units up to 50 miles
Zone 2 is $0.55 x units up to 100 miles
Zone 3 is $0.65 x units up to 150 miles
Zone 4 is $0.75 x units up to 200 miles (includes Long Island, NY)
Zone 5 is $0.90 x units. up to 300 miles (includes Mt. Desert Island, ME)
Zone A is Hourly rate + Ferry = $125/hr. as of March 2025 (Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Block Island)
